Meet Ellie
I’ve lived many lives across music, acting, hospitality, travel and wellbeing.
For a long time I chased meaning through late nights, work, parties and performance - galloping onwards until I was burning out and drifting away from the version of myself that felt most alive and true.
Coming back to myself didn’t happen in a straight line but unfolded slowly - through often challenging - body-led enquiry. Self-understanding and self-acceptance became the foundations for a life shaped from the inside out; a life rooted in new boundaries, clarity, and trust in my own choices.
My work today is shaped by that lived experience, alongside ego-shattering training at an actor conservatoire, which opened the door to a decade (and counting) of embodied practice that continues to inform the way I work.
Through Rewilding People,
I offer grounded, trauma-aware one-to-one work for people who are ready to reconnect with their body, intuition and natural rhythm.
My sessions stitch together somatic enquiry (opening a dialogue with the body) through touch, breath, movement, and slowing down. I draw from fascia-focused bodywork, sound and energy vibrational therapy - with or without crystals, and intuitive practice. I will always meet you where you are, without force or fixing.
This work is spacious, attuned, and led with care. Whether we work together once or over time, the intention is simple: to create the conditions for clarity, regulation, deeper self-trust… and for those open to it, a strengthened connection to the unseen.
This work exists because I’ve lived it.
If it resonates and you’re curious to explore what lies beyond the familiar - out in the wild - I’d be honoured to support you.
