Meet Ellie
I’ve lived many lives in music, acting, children’s entertainment, hospitality, travel and healing.
For a while, I was chasing meaning through late nights, parties, work and performance… until I realised I was burning out, drifting further and further from the version of me that felt most alive and connected.
Coming home to myself and feeling safe in my body didn’t happen all at once. It happened in spirals through exploring breathwork, sound, movement and ever-unfolding, deep soul work. I’m neurodivergent and multi-passionate, and my path reflects that. I trained in physical theatre and storytelling over a decade ago, and it’s from my time at drama school that I began to follow a breadcrumb trail of healing modalities that would transform my way of being, which now make up the work I offer through Rewilding People.
My offerings are for people who:
Feel stuck, disconnected, burnt out, or creatively blocked
Are craving reconnection with their body, voice, intuition, and sense of self
Are navigating transition, grief, or emotional overwhelm
Want grounded, intuitive healing that meets them exactly where they are
Through somatic enquiry and touch, movement and ritual; gently incorporating yoga, fascia-focused bodywork, sound, energy healing, and elements of shamanic and psychic practice; I can rewild you back to your natural rhythm - to feel more present, clear, empowered and deeply yourself.
Everything I offer is trauma-aware, deeply attuned, and designed to support you in accessing your own wholeness. Whether we work together in a 1:1 session, a circle, a retreat, or a corporate wellness setting - it’s all about creating space to remember who you were before the world told you who to be.
This work exists because I’ve lived it.
And if it resonates, I’d be honoured to walk part of that journey with you.
