A deeply restorative energy healing session combining the vibrational power of Reiki with intuitively chosen high-frequency crystals to balance your energy, and leave you feeling lighter, calmer, and recharged. We will begin the session with having a little chat to see where you're at emotionally, mentally and physically before tucking you into a cosy blanketed treatment bed. I may use Sound, Aromatherapy, Breathwork and guided Visualisation to help you relax and settle in to rest.

A deeply restorative session for skin and nervous system renewal happens in my signature facial ritual. The rhythm is soft and slow. Breathwork, Crystals and Sound are used to allow the body to drop into a state of deep rest and repair. Using UpCircle’s award-winning skincare, the treatment includes a gentle cleanse, exfoliation and nourishing mask, followed by a head to shoulders massage to lift, tone and release tension in the face, jaw, neck and shoulders. Reiki is woven throughout to restore balance, radiance and deep relaxation.

(Men, and people with facial hair, are always welcome in my spaces - But please do shave your face to make the most out of this treatment.) Crystal tools and rhythmic touch invite the body back into flow, leaving you feeling lighter, clearer and reconnected to yourself. Warmed botanical oil is massaged into the skin before a sequence of crystal gua sha, facial cupping, gold rolling and targeted acupressure work to release tension held in the jaw, brow and neck, stimulate lymphatic drainage, and naturally contour the face.

A rejuvenating sound healing journey (Sound Bath) designed to help you slow down, reconnect and reset. Through Tibetan bowls, crystal bowls, gong and subtle shamanic instruments, you’re invited into deeply restorative states that support creativity, improve sleep and encourage inner clarity. Sound gently calms the nervous system, helping release held emotions and restore energetic balance.

Online somatic movement and coaching classes.

This is a coaching container that includes energy work, somatic movement and breath and can be done online as well as in person. You will be supported by weekly check-ins, journalling resources and a monthly ritual pack which may include (to name a few) cacao, personalised crystals and recorded meditations.
