What makes you different?

I combine somatic body-oriented practices with grounded coaching awarded by The Somatic School. Esoteric energetic work including knowledge from ancient yogic wisdom, Carl Jung, Daoism, IFS & Parts work, Peter Levine, Van der Kolk, Gabor Mate, psychic-medium practice and Chinese medicine. I undertook an intense Physical Theatre degree at East 15 Acting School (grad. 2014) that was 50+ hours a week for three years, that pushed my boundaries and made me aware for the first time of my body, my life’s story, and my own habitual responses (- WILD!!).

My slightly eccentric career path has equipped me with the skills to meet all sorts of people, and my keen interest in and study of helping people means there’s not too much I haven’t heard someone say before. I am kind-hearted, extremely personable and down to Earth, and prize myself in having a good-humoured approach - because God forbid should you go back to another therapist that KEEPS. YOU. TALKING. I have a knack for cheering up the grumpiest of people, on even the glummest of days, and I’ll be honest in my work with you, rather than find more ways to convince you to part with your cash!

You can reach me via my telephone number, or email, in the footer below. I aim to respond quickly and usually within one business day.

Fascia is the connective tissue that wraps every muscle, organ, and joint in your body. It is said to hold our energetic centres (chakras and meridians) and even stores emotion and memory.

When it becomes tight or stuck - from injury, stress, or repetitive movement - it can restrict mobility and cause pain that doesn't show up on a scan.

Fascia release uses slow, targeted pressure to soften these restrictions, restoring fluidity between tissues and helping the body move and feel the way it's meant to.

What is Spinal Attunement?

6

Spinal attunement is a gentle, hands-on technique that works with the nervous system through the spine. Rather than forcing adjustment, it uses light touch and stillness to help the body recognize and release patterns of tension held in the spine and surrounding tissue. The result is a calmer nervous system, improved posture, and a felt sense of alignment from the inside out.

This particular method draws on the Spinal Attunement Method developed by Sigourney Belle, which sits at the intersection of neuroscience, somatics, and energetics. Rather than treating the spine as purely mechanical, it works from an energetic map that overlaps with the neuroendocrine system - anatomically locating the precise points where the nervous system can unwind into a state of balance.

The approach draws on multiple lineages, including shamanic practice, Western neurological training, traditional and transpersonal psychology, integral theory, Chinese Five Element theory, and hands-on spinal bodywork. In session, this looks like very still, very precise touch along the spine, giving the nervous system the safety and information it needs to release old holding patterns on its own, rather than being pushed or manipulated into place.

Reiki is a Japanese energy healing practice in which a practitioner channels universal life force energy through light, near-touch, and even from a distance (like in online sessions). It works with the body's natural ability to heal itself - helping to clear blockages, ease stress, and restore balance across the physical, emotional, and energetic body. Sessions are deeply relaxing and often leave people feeling lighter, calmer, and more grounded.

Reiki was founded by Dr. Mikao Usui in the early 1920s, after a period of prayer and fasting on Mount Kurama in Japan. In 1922, he settled in Tokyo and opened a school to teach what he called Usui Reiki Ryoho, treating and training students until his death in 1926. In his lifetime he passed the practice on to over 2,000 people, and the lineage he began is still what most modern Reiki practice traces back to today. I am extremely proud to be included in this lineage as a Reiki Master, today!

Sound healing uses resonant frequencies from instruments like singing bowls, gongs, or tuning forks - to guide the body into a deep state of rest. Sound waves interact with the body's own vibration, helping to shift brainwave states, release tension, and quiet the mind. It's a passive, immersive practice: you simply lie back and let the sound do the work.

The most accessible form of sound healing can be found in binaural beats - a technique where two slightly different tones are played, one in each ear through headphones. Rather than hearing two separate pitches, the brain perceives a third "phantom" tone equal to the difference between them, known as the beat. The theory, called brainwave entrainment, is that the brain's activity begins to sync with that beat frequency, gently guiding it toward the state the frequency is associated with: Slower beats for deep relaxation and sleep, faster ones for calm focus. The research here is still developing and results are mixed, but it's a widely used tool for supporting the same deep-rest state that sound healing aims for.

I love working with sound, including the voice, as it can help with emotional release, cutting through stuck energy and sealing the aura to close 1:1 sessions.

Here is a playlist that I always find myself returning to, to ensure a good night’s sleep.

What is Somatic Coaching?

9

"Soma" comes from the ancient Greek word for, "the living body in its wholeness", not just flesh, but the body as it's felt and experienced from within.

The term "somatics" was coined in the late 1960s/70s by philosopher and movement theorist Thomas Hanna, who used it to describe this same idea: the body as lived experience, not an object to be studied from the outside. He put it simply: Soma isn't your body, it's you, the living being you are right now.Somatic coaching grew out of this lineage, alongside pioneers like Moshe Feldenkrais, and applies that same principle to coaching: real change happens when the body is included, not bypassed.

Somatic coaching works with the body, not just the mind, to create lasting change. Instead of only talking through patterns and blocks, it uses body awareness, breath, and movement to help you notice and release what's stored beneath the surface — old stress responses, habitual tension, disconnection. It's coaching for people who know that insight alone isn't always enough to shift a pattern.
