What to Expect

On the second Sunday of every month,
we gather in community for curated workshops,
intimate circles and private 1:1 appointments.

Information

Every workshop holds no more than 10 participants (if not an outdoors event), for a relaxed, social and nurturing setting. We usually sit on chairs, but you are welcome to the floor if you prefer!

1:1 treatments with Ellie (Rewilding People) can be booked on the day for a discounted rate, depending on availability - although it is advised to book ahead.

Please note that the club is located on the top floor of an old townhouse and there is no lift.

A Solstice Celebration

We are so excited to be joined by a special guest speaker, and Human Design expert, Bénédicte from @aligned.creation.

Bénédicte will talk to us about how to bring in the energy of the solstice, and what’s currently unfolding in the sky at this time of year, with some astrological guidance for the months ahead!

Human Design invites us to move away from decision-making driven by the mind, and instead return to a more aligned inner authority (something we’re being called to feel and live more and more as we move into this “New World” paradigm).

  • Join us in Manchester Square private garden (weather permitting) in co-creating a flower mandala to call in Summer and warmer months ahead.

  • Gentle Breathwork

  • Sound Bath Meditation
