we gather in community for curated workshops,
intimate circles and private 1:1 appointments.

What to Expect
Information

Every workshop holds no more than 10 participants, for a relaxed, social and nurturing setting. We sit on chairs, but you are welcome to the floor if you prefer!

1:1 treatments with Ellie (Rewilding People) can be booked on the day for a discounted rate, depending on availability - although it is advised to book ahead.

Please note that the club is located on the top floor of an old townhouse and there is no lift.

“Soft Landing”

Gentle Breath
& Crystal Healing

A relaxing and soul-affirming session of breathwork and crystal healing with Smokey Quartz.

Smokey Quartz is a great remover of obstacles, and is excellent at absorbing extra tension in the body and mind. It’s a fantastic protection stone - alleviating pain, inflammation and anxiety and instead instilling strength, safety and love to those in its orbit.

We will attune ourselves to Smokey Quartz in meditation, connecting to the subtle power that - and let’s be honest - we could all do with a little of, as we settle into this new energetic year!

Private 1:1's with Ellie in Crystal Healing and Reiki, and holisic facial rituals are available to book on the day at a discounted price (but it is reccomended to book in advance.


👜 You will need:

  • A pen

  • A journal or notebook

  • A blanket or cosy clothes to snuggle into your Sunday

  • A cushion or bolster - if you prefer to sit on the floor, there are chairs available.

🕰️ Please arrive 5-10 minutes before starting, to give yourself the time to arrive, make any toilet trips, and settle yourself.

There are never more than 10 participants, for an intimate and relaxed group setting.

For this special event which sets the tone for the rest of the year, we'll begin with a blended session of pranayama (breathwork) and meditation to arrive and ground ourselves.

And giving focus on Amethyst crystal - we will attune ourself to the frequencies for endless potential and manifestation, and create our personal vision boards in community over tea and conversation.

An inspiring talk on the current astrology and the year ahead will be offered by our guest astrologer.
